I've been wearing this type of sweatpants for a long time, but I've only recently started buying Hanes. I'm 5'9" to 5 and 185 lbs, and I like the way they fit, but I took these in the larger size.
The material feels good and is stretchy, which is good for fall weather or very active activities outside in the winter.
The fit of these pants was perfect, and they come lined with inner fleece, just as it appears. I am 5'7", 140 lbs., waist 30, and wear a size 38 suit.
I ordered a large that was 36" waist, and these fit well for me, even though I am a short legged man.
This pants are machine wash and dryer safe, and I think they fit great, feel great, and provide much needed air.
