I love these, they are so comfortable, I got the Small, but they are loose around my waist and crotch, as I was hoping for, but still.
I went through my closet and found a pair of South Pole fleece sweatpants that my wife had given me as a gift a year ago, but I had never tried them on.
I was in love with the pockets and the drawstring when I wore them for a few days after receiving them from my wife at Christmas.
I think they are more comfier because they are on the looser side around the thighs. The bands and string are a good size as well, since name brand joggers go for much higher.
I'm 5'8" F 125- 127 lbs and got the Small, which is loose around my waist and crotch, but still warm enough to hug my ankle.

I would only go up a size because they are almost high waisted.
