I help, but it's a great way to get him excited about cooking. We've made breakfast foods and desserts so far, and I have high hopes that we could make lunch or dinner.

It helps kids pick an appropriate recipe if they are working independently or with a grown up close by, as well as the real life kid reviews of the recipes are a wonderful touch.

The recipes we have tried so far have been easy for my 8 year old to follow and use me as a helpers, so we made the cupcakes with buttercream icing.

I have been enjoying making breakfast foods and desserts for the first time, and I have high hopes that we will be able to make lunch or dinner at some point.

The instructions are not very good, and even with adult supervision, they turn out terribly.
