If you want something that tells you when you're going to sleep or when you're going to eat, then this is not the watch for you.
I'm happy with how well this works for heart rate tracking, but not sure when that will be available, and I'm willing to have a little patience with it.
Since I have never used a fitness tracker before, I can't say if I will miss any of the premium features, but the general fitness tracking and notifications will suffice for my needs once the premium trial runs out.
