The techniques are easy to learn, and I like that he's made the method accessible to everyone in the book. However, excessive use of far-fetched anecdotes and "miracle healings" distract from the main focus of the book, which is teaching.
It is an excellent and simple method that shows us how to get back to our true selves and re-acquaint ourselves with how to use the Life Force for the good of all.
I see this problem a lot in the alternative medicine community, and it's not good. If you're secure in your healing abilities, you shouldn't feel the need to brag about them and devalue other types of work.
I love it, it came in good condition, and I think it's a new model.
Even my 11 year old learned how to feel energy from this book, it was so good that I couldn't put it down.
