    I own a version of this book that got damaged years ago, so the addition of the spiral binding was a huge plus for me when I purchased this version.


    It will take several months to a year to get to the point where you can walk without pain, but if you read the book carefully and follow the directions for specific areas, it can make a world of difference.


    It is an excellent tool for managing soft tissue injuries and pain in my feet, ankle, hip, shoulders and neck areas when it is more difficult to see a physical therapist.


    I have never had a massage that was so informative and effective. My husband told me he used it to help himself out after he bought him this book as a birthday gift.


    I purchased a second copy after I lost my first copy, because I love the book so much and it's easy to reference.
