    I fell in love with the mat that they have because of the reviews that said there is a difference between the flower shaped spikes and the other mats on the market.


    I was very happy when I saw it, elegant finish, I used it first with some clothes, and it felt good on my skin, but after 5 minutes I began to feel a relief in my head.


    The scent is almost lavender and I like that it's a spa product. The lotus style points are firm and I like that because I don't like buying things over and over.


    After using the mat for a week, I slept all night long, which was big for me after a year of sleeping horrible.


    If I lay on it for 10 minutes before lights out, I can relax, fall asleep, and get up in the night, because I don't sleep on it.
