I put a 1" spread over some cracks on the outside of my storm cellar about two years ago and the repair is still as tight as when I first put it on.
The heading says "White", the picture says "Concrete" and the spec says "Black".
The tube of caulk is labeled "white" at the top and "concrete" at the bottom, but I'm not sure why the description says black.
