    I like to warm up a large area or cut into a smaller size for a small area, they're thin enough to put on arm under a thin shirt and not show the patch.


    The product works well and is worth the money. I use the patches for hours and just love them.


    I like having a heating pad on my back, but it might be too hot for sensitive skin.


    I add tape at the 4 corners to keep the arthritis patch on.


    They are good for 12 hours and can be switched between cool to hot and back-and-forth.
