"I have chronic headaches, and I take medication for them, but sometimes I need a little more relief, and an ice pack just doesn't allow me to go around the house doing chores and other activities."
I find that these pads provide relief for hours when I have a headaches, because they adhere well and stay on for hours without being painful to remove or leave a mark.
Sometimes they can help head off a migra if caught fast enough or at the very least ease it a bit.
If you put the lotion on your forehead, wash it off before putting it on the strip, or it will not adhere, there is no need to complain.
I liked how well they worked and the service was great.
