What is the difference between this product and the Quakehold 88111 Museum Putty neutral product?
I bought the Collectors Hold about 4 years ago and it's a white color but since you don't see it, it shouldn't matter.
I don't know how to remove the vase that is stuck with museum putty.
Slowly and gently rock the vase and it will eventually move. You may have used too much in one spot. Three or four small pieces on the base work better than a big glob.
I have particleboard shelves with a wood veneer finish and would like to be able to move things around. Will this ruin wood veneer?
I don't think it would harm wood veneer, I have never had a problem with using it on wood.
Will it be able to secure wood picture frames on a shelf?
I think this will work well to secure the picture frames, but I'm not sure if it will harm the wood shelf.
Is it possible to use this outside? I'm trying to keep outside animals, such as squirrels, cats, rabbits and birds, from knocking over planters on a shelf.
Since it's not glue, it's possible animals could still disrupt your pots, but the putty will definitely help stabilizing your pots.
