The base is almost the same as the Tempurpedic, but it is not easy to assemble, but if you have help it is not that hard.
I am not used to it but it is cheap for the company to only include it on the more expensive version and not include it on the less expensive one; I shouldn't have to.
My husband hated being in a horizontal bed after he had hip surgery, so I changed the rating on my purchase to 5 stars, and I am very happy with it.
The frame is now complete, and it is better than I could have expected, because directions were clear and concise.
My queen size is in a box folded in half and I was able to carry it upstairs by myself because I unplugged the wire I show in the picture and then used two bolts with washers and nuts to hold it together.
