The frame was delivered in a destroyed box, but I got the box open to find it undamaged.
Since we have a Cal King mattress, we hooked up asynch cable that will allow us to operate both of the bases at the same time.
I had been hesitant about buying one of these because of the price and the fact that I didn't want to disassemble and set up a new bed, but finally I decided to go for it because of my neck/back pain.
It was easy to install and I hope it will last. My grandma was excited and hopeful that it would cure her morning pains and she will sleep like a baby.
The design of the bed is well conceived and the assembly process was relatively easy, so it has exceeded my expectations.
