The 3-strengths massage function is relaxing and nostalgic, but do not expect anything like a real massage, it is smaller than those 25 slots for vibrating beds in hotelsgoneby, but it was easy to put together.
When I have worked beyond my limits, I get a 20-40 minute massage and feel rejuvenated, and a friend and I put the frame together and moved the box springs out in less than 30 minutes.
You can program your own position with the additional memory button and preset conditions can be adjusted just by putting the bed in the position you want.
