The customer support that Lucid offers has to be experienced to be believed. I had spoken with reps at least a few times before purchasing the L600.
The "Mode" button is not that big of a deal, as it only applies to the massage modes. With support like Lucid offers there is no reason not to consider an adjusted base from this company.
The 3- strength massage function is relaxing and nostalgic, but do not expect anything like a real massage, it is smaller than those 25 slots for vibrating beds in hotelsgoneby, but it was easy to put together.
You can program your own position with the additional memory button and preset conditions can be adjusted just by putting the bed in the position you want.
It is worth noting that many of the true high end Audiophile gear are made in Taiwan, not to mention China, and that there is a distinct advantage to going with a Lucid base.
