I have a number of medical issues that make it hard for me to sleep, but I am able to sleep thanks to the Split King system.
Customer service is great, from the time I made the purchase, they followed up with me about how I would receive it, and how to assemble it.
They followed up with me after the purchase, how I would receive it, and how to assemble it. It was not hard, I did have my 3 grown kids to help, but it took more time to open the boxes than to set up.
The first night I slept, I had a good night's sleep and didn't wake up achy. My husband said, wow, I actually slept and had a dream, I'm so glad we went with the medium firmness and split king.
They had a discount and it ended up costing less than at Amazon.
