The narrator does a great job of telling a good story and you are really drawn into it because of how well he tells the emotions of the characters.
The two men share some of themselves with each other, which leads to morally ambiguous decisions which create inner struggle and searching for the reader, what is right?
It was a pleasure to read this translation, it is not the most literal, but it is the most accessible version I have tried.
