I needed to read 70 pages in this book again and again. I could not put it down.
I have never seen a writing like this before, the relationships between the self and the other are so articulate and beautiful.
The author has a wonderful style of writing and it reminds me of Chinua Achebe's books. It appears that a lot of people who gave the book negative reviews suffer from ethnocentrism.
The combination of magic and story in this book is something I have never seen before, and I am sure I could still find new symbolism in the book.
