    I still do not agree with sport hunting but the author did change my mind about the plight of the species.


    The book was written in a way that made me feel as though I were in the middle of an actual wilderness, and the animals that really made me want to read it were the leopard and the Cape buffalo.


    I have been reading that book for many years, and it is still a must for anyone who loves to read outdoors.


    If you're interested in African wildlife and the old safaris guide then this is a good read.


    The best capstick book of them all. I had to replace my old one.
