What buyers say about MADHAVA Organic Fair Trade Agave, 11.75 oz. Bottle (Pack of 6)
I didn't return the package because I didn't think they'd believe me, but it was opened and it was gross. I did not send it back because it was opened and I didn't think they'd believe me.
I had someone put tape over the top of the bottles to stop the leak, but it didn't work.
I have used this product for over a year and it has replaced sugar in my life.
I ordered a 2pack and only received one bottle, I really like this product and I know exactly what I should be getting.
I love the product but it leaked a lot and I won't order it again from Amazon.
Common Questions
What is the difference between Agave nectar and sweetener agave?
Many sellers label their products as one thing but are really selling corn sugar/malto, if the first listed ingredient is not Agave then it is soething else with a sprinkle of agave.
I haven't had it before, how sweet is it?
It's very sweet and has an additional flavor, but it doesn't change the taste of tea or whatever you use it in.
What is the shelf life and expiration dates?
Since the date is stamped on the side of the cap which has grooves, it's either 2016 or 2018.
Is it certified as kosher for Passover?
I don't know the kosher rules, except for no dairy with meat or pork, and Agave comes from the cactus plant, but I don't know anything about where it is processed or what other precautions are taken.
What is the rate of change of the glycemic index of this product?
It's a low GI number, but when I use it immediately, I know it spikes the blood sugar, just not over a longer period of time when they do the measure for GI.
