There are 14 chapters and half of them are dedicated to specific beginner, intermediate and osteoarthritis routines.
I have been working out at home since our gym closed, but I am also going through treatment for breast cancer, and there are days when I am very tired.
I have been using this book for the past two weeks and it has made a huge difference in my arthritis movements and I am looking forward to doing the poses at least 5 times a week.
The images are clear, the text is understandable and the poses are do-able for people with mobility problems or who want to learn yoga.
It was nice to be able to work on your own, as the book was very clock-ed-up and had photos of how to do each pose.
