I read it in 3 days, and it was a great book that gave me lots of useful information about how to be prepared for living a non- linear life and confronting our own "lifequakes."

The book is an essential guide to dealing with change and how to adapt to it in a healthy manner and can be purchased on Audible. I have already given the hardcopy as a gift to someone who appreciated it and I intend to keep one on hand.
