It is lightweight and convenient, and I have used it to top up my family's vehicle tire pressure, as the temperature has started dropping, and inflated several bicycle tires and a wheelbarrow tire in my area.
The unit is self-contained and has doors that hold the plug for the interior, house current plug, and the inflator hose in the back, which is the connection that goes into the auxiliary plug in your vehicle.
I don't have any longer-term vehicles to use it on, but I could see where some long bed trucks might be a little outside the cord length for inflating tires.
I like the fact that this inflator is easy to use and has a digital readout for the target tire pressure.
The pump was great, I liked the feature that you could set the tire pressure on the pump and it would fill the tire to whatever pressure you set and shut off.
