What buyers say about California Air Tools CAT-1P1060S Light & Quiet Portable Air Compressor, Silver
The fit and finish is very good and I can say that if you are looking for a small, quiet car, this is the one for you.
I have been wanting my own air compressor for a long time, and I finally got one, it is not a heavy-duty unit, but for occasional use it is wonderful.
I have been using my new air compressor for the first time and I have to say I am very happy with the way it works and the fact that I am not going to have a seizure because of the noise it makes.
I chose this one over a Master Airbrush compressor as it will be ok as a compressor for my model railroading Paasche airbrush.
The features and hardware of this CAT-1P1060S would be ideal for a full range of user needs, as I have owned or used air compressors ranging in size and capacity from small basic airbrush types up to industrial stationary belt driven ones in a military carpentry shop.
Common Questions
Has the problem of metal pellets in the tank been resolved?
I bought one six months ago and didn't get any pellets, but I just bought another and blew the pellets out.
What is the height of this compressor?
Not useful
I don't know what I need to buy to be able to use iwata airbrushes.
If you want to use a smaller air hose/fitting, you may need to get a reducer coupler.
Does this unit have the ability to go up to 150psi?
Sorry, but I bought it as a gift.
Can this compressor be used for continuous duty as a blast air system?
California Air doe's offer larger air compressors that will do the job, even though it's too small.
