I'm having trouble getting warranty service on my pump, it's dying, and I'm not sure how to get it fixed.
I was looking for an electronic bicycle pump for a while, and when I first saw it, I was pretty impressed - it was small, well designed and lightweight, and I decided to give it a try.
I took a chance on this product after reading the reviews and realizing there was a lot of confusion around how to use it.
The flashlight is pretty good, but not super bright, but it's handy if you need to grab the unit from your car in a pinch, and theusb port is very handy for charging your phone.
This is not rugged and the plastic surface could be slippery, but it is a 2 stars for convenience as when it worked, I was able to top off air pressure on 2 car tires in one charge.

Yes, we have a valve convter for it.
How do I fix the error message?
When mine errored, let it drain and then charge.
I used it for the first time and it didn't work again. Is there a reset?
If you top off something that is within a few psi of the autostop limit, it will cause a problem and the pump will shut off.
I didn't receive instructions, is it an omission or there are none?
I did come with instruction, but I don't know about yours.
I want to know how the air is in the pump.
It uses a rechargeable battery to pump air, but does not store any air like an airtank.
