Do the front adjust brackets go inside the house or in the window channels?
I tried this on 2 windows, the first window I was able to mount inside the window channel, the second window I had to mount it on the inside of the room for better support, it all depends on your window.
Will it work with a slide out window ac? Or is it only for fixed window ac?
The support brackets are made of wood and the window locks the AC in place.
What is the width of the extension beam that goes through the window channel?
I put the extension beam in front of the window lip because I couldn't measure it right now, but I think it's great.
How do you keep the ac unit secure?
It's the same as any other window ac.
Is it possible to tilt the AC down so the water can drain out?
Yes. The instructions tell you how to tilt it to 1/4 to 1/2 downward. I thought the price was too high for me, but I opened my visa card and got $50 off.
