How is it installed?
I'm not sure if you meant used or installed, but you need a set of A/C gauge. 1 goes to high pressure (red), one goes to low pressure (blue) and the other goes to high pressure.
Is it possible to put this on my water supply to find a leak in my car cooling system?
I would not use a pressure tester, it's the reason for a dye in your ac system.
What is the serving size to R22?
The front of the container says "for use in all R-12 and R-134a" and the back says "use with any refrigerant." I can't tell you for sure since R22 isn't an auto a/c.
