If you want to use 4 valve vs 2 valve, you just have to vacuum the system down on the vac line and hook the tank up to the other.

If you want to use these hoses for R-134A, you'll need to change the 1/4" flare fitting to the automotive Quick-Connect and the 1/2" ACME Thread that is used on the 134A refrigerant tanks.
