This filter was easy to install and is a great value, we will recommend it to anyone who needs it.
We have been using Merv 11 and had a dust issue, but after installing these Merv 13, I can really tell a difference in a week.
It turns out that the standard 20X25X4 size is not the same as the larger size, however FilterBuy gave me a full refund after hours of email communication.

I sent the wrong size back because I ordered the wrong one.
Is the size of the filter 19 X 24 X 3-1/2"?
I have an odd size and have had to use an adjusted, washable filter, but mine is 18x25x1.
Is it possible that they are individually covered so they will store better before unwrapping for use in furance?
