  • What buyers say about Honeywell FC100A1037 20"x25"x4" Merv 11 Filter Media

I would rather make a mistake with these filters than use them again, they are the best Ive found at the price.

I have no problem with changing them every 6 months or even sooner if necessary, because they are the mfg recommended replacements and work just fine.

I was happy with the filters, they were available at a good price and I am set for the next three years.

The filters that I received were not 5" wide, but they did fit, thanks to the matching part number on the Amazon site.

Thank you for choosing these, they are great, perfect fit, and fast shipping.

    Common Questions

Are these genuine honeywell branded filters, merv 11?

I've already used two of the five and there's no reason to think they're not genuine. The package of five yields a much better price than buying them one at a time--but the box they come in is pretty large.

    Does this fit in 20X25X4?

The actual size is 19.88 x 24.88 x 4.38 and these are nominal sizes.

What is the difference between a honeywell filter and a honeywell replacement media?

The internal media and cardboard outer covering are what you would use to replace the old filter media.

I don't know how often I change these filters.

The company that does my heating and cooling service inspects the filter, and if it needs changing, the company does it for free.

Is it possible to throw away used filters in regular trash or the recycling bin?

It's considered garbage not recyclable in West Chicago, Illinois.
