I've used K&N oil filters in my car and I think the best air filters and oil filters for cars are from K&N, so when I saw they made home air filters, I bought one.
I contacted K&N sales and requested assistance on the additional sizes, but they are still waiting for a call back.
The construction is great and the element surpasses any other reuse unit on the market, what's more, the sturdy frame is better than the cardboard version.
The frame is solid and easy to install, I have used KN filters in my cars for many years, so I was happy to see home furnace applications available. I had occasion to contact customer service, but was pleasantly surprised to hear from a real representative who answered the phone.
It's still better than filling up the landfill, but a good quality products company with a long career making filters for cars has a rational expansion goal for a corporate entity.
