I have had it for over a month and it is very easy to use, clean, and adjust the temperature and time, so I don't think I'm missing out on much.
If you read from others, it is possible to burn your hand or arm trying to get a small pizza out of the deep basket.
I like the size and it heats up quickly to 400 degrees, which is great for making soups for 4 or 5 people instead of 3 or 4.
The fish was a bit dried out, but all of them came out well. There are buttons on the panel to preselect temperature and time combinations, but you can adjust these as desired.
The cook chamber is large, easy to use, and clean, and the digital controls are easy to understand.

Is the basket removable for cleaning?
I'm not sure I understand the question.
I don't know if the rest of the basket is plastic or steel. Will the food heat up while touching the plastic?
The main portion of the basket is black, with a magnet sticking to it. Only plastic is in the handle and its attachment to the metal basket.
What are the accessories available?
There is a try in the bottom that is held in place by rubber tabs, but I wouldn't recommend dumping the food out because there is no separate basket like smaller models.
