It is not recommended to take the rubber tips off the grate, as they serve as feet.

The air fryer rack won't go all the way down, it leans side ways in the pot.
It is possible that there is an obstruction that prevents the rack to fit properly, so please try to inspect the unit for any debris and remove them if there are any.
