    It is a great product, a fantastic package of books, manuals and presentation, and they seem to go out of their way to make you feel welcome to call them and ask for help or advice whenever they are open.


    The package that this company put together is one of the most impressive I have seen for a product in a long time.


    I have been using this microwave for a few months now and I have to say that it is very easy to use and easy to cook in. I have put huge chicken breast up to 3 of them in it and it came out heavenly.


    I haven't used a microwave in a long time, but I'm considering purchasing one soon as I think another, larger capacity, would complement my kitchen on the evenings when I cook for the whole family.


    I use bacon fat in green beans, and it's rendered in the frozen food setting.

    Is the basket dishwasher safe?

    The pans/baskets are non-stick and dishwasher safe, but they will ware on the non-stick coating more than a simple, easy wash.

    Is the machine quiet or noisy while it is on and cooking?

    The objective fact is that the air fryer uses hot air to cook food, but the noise of it will not bother you, it's just as quiet as our electric oven.

    What is the difference between this model and the newer model?

    A:

    I love Cosori but I don't recommend the newer model, even though I was mostly cooking for 2 people.

    Is it easy to clean this if you don't have a dishwasher?

    A:

    We don't have a dishwasher, but we do have a dish brush that handles the awkward angle of the basket side slots.

    Q:

    I want to know if the inner and outer basket are teflon coated or ceramic coated.

    A:

    It is very easy to clean, but I'm not sure if it's Teflon or not.
