The biggest one is that it's not easy to check the food without an oven mitt, which is something I feel the loss of the most between my old Dash air fryer and this one.
I am pleased with my purchase, and would recommend it, because it has done a great job as a countertop oven and replacement for my poisonous air fryer.
I love that this is the only air fryer/toaster oven that has both an upper and lower heating element, so it really is a toast too, unlike many tout inaccurately.
I think the air fryer is a great addition to the kitchen and I could not have asked for a better one, given the small foot print. I tried some sweet potato flat bread using a 7X7 pizza stone.
The TOA-28 is small and tucked away beside our fridge, making it ideal for our needs, as my wife did not want a larger toaster oven on the counter in the past.

Is the measurement height, width, or depth 15 inches?
I measured my Compact AirFryer and it's actually 11" tall, 11.5" wide and 12" deep, but I double checked as it didn't match the Amazon measurements.
Is the oven really hot on top?
I keep the extra pans on top of mine and have an old square microwave glass under it to keep it raised from water.
Does this bake cookies, biscuits, or muffins, or does it burn the tops like most toaster ovens?
You can bake all you want, but it's not a toaster oven and you have to use the "Toast" setting in order to toast anything.
How many watt does this draw?
The max wattage of the Cuisinart T)A28 is 1800 Watts.
Does this model of car thaw frozen foods?
It is not a microwave.
