I soaked the freshly cut large russet potato in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch, then tossed the barely damp potatoes in a little vegetable oil.
I will buy another air fryer, but it won't be the brand, and it won't be two stars for the small size, which is nice if you have a small kitchen.
I bought this one because I didn't need anything fancy, but I've cooked a lot of stuff in it.

It is not made for dishes, it has a basket, you put food in it, do the time and temp, and the food comes out crisp, and you slide it onto a plate or a bowl.

When timer is done, it turns off, and also when you remove the basket, although the timer continues to run out while the basket is removed.
Can a user guide tell the cooking times of some foods?
There is an instruction book that has several examples of cooking time and recipes included.
