I've only used it a couple of times, and am very pleased with the outcome, you just have trail by error, and make sure you have at least 4 to 5 " from wall in the back.
If you have small portion and want to use this counter top oven, I recommend you to stay near by to check the temp first.
I got this to replace my old school small Toaster and it has more functions and space than my old one.
I like that they only took 15 minutes to cook in the oven. I used an air fryer for the first time and it was very easy to use.
The chicken and turkey bacon were the best I have ever had and the air fryer is very easy to clean.

I have had my oven for a month and I have realized that the heating elements will take a minute or so before they will light up.

I don't have a dishwasher so I don't know, but I read that they were and was told yes.
Is it possible to bake bagels with it?
Bagels can be baked with it, you just have to preheat to 425 degrees and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Is it possible to roast a small chiken with it?
A regular size chicken can be roasted.
