I was excited to try it out and I got my first taste of frozen battered Shrimp and bacon for breakfast.
I have never been able to make chicken as tender, juicy and delicious as I can with this air fryer.
We thought the manual wouldn't work, so we called customer service, they were very nice and took a while to figure out how to turn on the unit.
I like that the Gowise air fryer is digital and the settings are not printed on the outside of the fryer, as some have said of other brands, and they wear off over time.
My daughter and her boyfriend love it, it's a gift they use all the time, and they always rave about how great the food is, how quickly it cooks, and how juicy and tender the meat is.

Is the basket made out of ceramic?
I wouldn't call it ceramic because the pans and basket are coated in non stick.
I think I should return the air fryer because it has a bad smell.

Can a small turkey breast fit in the basket?
I have cooked a bone-in turkey breast in the basket with great results, and it was covered with aluminum foil to keep it from cooking over. If you want to keep the top from cooking over, cover it with aluminum foil half way through the timed cycle.
