The B&D cooked almost exactly the same as the pakoras we tried in this and the B&D, even though the Instant Pot was on its default setting.
It took a long time to give this a good test, but all of the features work well.
After you sous vide the meat for 45 minutes, you sear it on a pan to get the color you want.
I haven't used the function yet, and the cooker is deep, but it has cup lines on the inside side.
I have been experimenting with new cooking modes and the Air Fryer lid is even more useful than the one I had before.
