The frozen tenderloins come out very juicy when I cook them in the air fryer, but I can't season them as much as I normally would because it comes out very salty.

I am worried about the taste and texture but it is better than a regular fryer.

I have only used my new air fryer twice, but I have had good results. I plan to experiment with a number of interesting recipes soon.

The machine is easy to operate and clean, and it cooks quickly with great taste.

    Common Questions

    Q:

    Is this teflon?

    A:

I don't think the basket is teflon, I spray it with coconut or olive oil before cooking so I don't have to clean it with soap and a sponge.

    Q:

    Is there a "shake" feature?

    A:

No, it only has a single basket and a tray that fits in the bottom of the basket to hold french fries. Every one of them that I received had dents in the steel and I returned all of them.

    Q:

Is it possible to put the basket in the dish washer?

    A:

I wash it with soap and water, but if it's very messy, I'll rinse it in the dishwasher.

    Q:

Is it possible to make your own "runny" batter, like beer batter, and have it cook/fry properly?

    A:

If you air fried with the tray in place, the batter would probably ooze through it.

    Q:

    Where is this manufactured?

    A:

I really like this and when I had a question, I easily reached a real person at Krups and was very satisfied.
