The frozen tenderloins come out very juicy when I cook them in the air fryer, but I can't season them as much as I normally would because it comes out very salty.

Is this teflon?
I don't think the basket is teflon, I spray it with coconut or olive oil before cooking so I don't have to clean it with soap and a sponge.
Is there a "shake" feature?
No, it only has a single basket and a tray that fits in the bottom of the basket to hold french fries. Every one of them that I received had dents in the steel and I returned all of them.
Is it possible to put the basket in the dish washer?
I wash it with soap and water, but if it's very messy, I'll rinse it in the dishwasher.

If you air fried with the tray in place, the batter would probably ooze through it.
