    The halogen cooker is so easy to use, we have used it at least a dozen times since I received it.


    The bowl at the bottom is flat, while the one on the outside is ribbed.


    I do 450 for 15 minutes for fresh cut fries and wedges, then drop the temperature to 400 for 10 minutes to make them brown on the other side.


    It is easy to put food in, set time, and let it go, without preheating. At the end of the cooking cycle the mechanical timer lets off a pleasant, "Ding!" sound to let us know it is done.


    I have not tried it yet, but I know that my clumsiness will one day best me, and I use it a lot with meal prep for my kids lunches.
