I like that it cooks perfectly, it cleans easily and it is easy to operate, I love watching it cook.
Even without the rotisserie feature, this is a very unique unit that can do a lot of things, even without the need for it. I got the model w/o it because I didn't need it, but it toasts, grills, griddles, air fries, bakes
The inside of the chicken was delicious, even though it took an hour to cook it, and the outer layer came out crisp and delicious.
We were very careful about keeping it clean, but we didn't know what it was, so I wrote to the seller to explain. I was outside of the "return" window and didn't have any expectations, but I think it was something with the wiring of the unit.
The unit is sleek and fits perfectly on top of our microwave under the cabinet, we were initially skeptical of the product due to the negative reviews and the Smoking remarks, but we are happy we decided to try anyway.

The knobs were very hot and I returned the whole unit because they wouldn't send me a replacement grill plate.

I get why you wanted to know, but I wouldn't have taken a "hold my beer" approach if I had a clue as to what the manufacturer's website was about.
If you put the back of the unit against the wall and measure from the front of the leg to the back of the wall, how deep is it?
I had to return mine for not cooking correctly, so I don't remember.
