I have always preferred chicken over red meat, but this has changed my mind. I like to soak the chicken in water for 30 minutes before cooking, and then sprinkle some light seasoning, and 20 minutes later you have some of the best chicken you could hope for.
I purchased the 7qt Vortex from another supplier and I am happy that it has lasted almost a year.
