I contacted customer service and they told me that I could return the doorstop at my own expense, and that they would review it for a replacement after I had already spent a lot on it.
The larger size and the tiered rack set makes it easier to cook multiple dishes at the same time and the clear see through glass bowl makes it easier to watch food while it is being cooked.
The air fryer is even better than advertised, it is easy to clean, and the rotisserie is fantastic, plus Amazon's price includes all the accessories.
I need a lot of room to keep accessories. I will use non stick spray on the baskets.
It's okay for the money, but be sure to empty and wash it before and after a few cycles, because it's large and allows you to cook a lot at once.
