I have never had such caring concerned business owners as the CROWNFUL folks. They are sending me a new machine to make up for the one I purchased the first time.
This bread maker is a lot like the West Bend I was looking at, but it is less expensive, and has a lot of good reviews, so I decided to try it.
The box seems simple to open, and there is a square loaf pan with a non-stick layer and a heavy-looking plastic mixer finger at the bottom.
We plan to shorten the rising cycle to prevent the dough from getting too big in this pan, but we are disappointed with the pan size.
I bought the Crownful breadmaker because it would have been too expensive to replace the old one.
