If you live in an apartment, you should not use it unless you absolutely know you will use it daily.
We were disappointed with the bread machine from Cuisinart, it was only good for 6 months, and needed more help mixing than an automatic machine should need.
It is very difficult to remove the baking pan after bread is baked, because it seems to wedge itself into place.
I love this machine, but it is even better than the one I had 15 years ago. I tried to add pics of Hot Cross Buns that I tried today, and they were beyond awesome.
