What buyers say about Cuisinart Bread Maker
I haven't tried the recipes in the booklet, but I've used a vegan recipe from Red Stars website that comes out perfect more often than not.
I would stay around the machine to see what was happening and the CBK-110 booklet uses volume measurements which are more fraught with pitfalls.
I was impressed by the machine at first, but when I got it back, I asked for its technology back, because I thought it was 2004.
The paddle I ordered from Cuisinart is cheaper than from any other vendor I could find, and it works with the CK-110, which is the unit I was unable to find on Amazon.
I like that this machine has a compact design, no flashlight needed, an easy-to-read display panel, and a reasonable price.

It has rubber feet, but mine bounces a bit when kneading.

I took a pic of the GF multigrain recipe, left my daughter to read through the instructions, and dashed to the store to get ingredients. Three hours later, we were enjoying warm bread.
How many watt is this product?
The watt is listed on the bottom of the unit and we are very pleased with it.
There is a complaint of a hard rock crust and they used different recipes, but no recipe was provided.
My recipes include 1 c white flour, 1 c whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, 1/4 c oat Bran, 1 c warm water, and 1 packet yeast.
