What buyers say about Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Home Bakery 1-Pound-Loaf Programmable Mini Breadmaker
The bread machine I owned before the big Zo-2lb used only one mixing paddle and a smaller pan than the Zo-2lb; this was great for kneading pasta dough, something I really enjoy making.
I'll be purchasing a new breadmaker from Zojirushi, and I'll report on my experiences later.
I thought I'd be lucky if the baker had survived the fall off the counter since the lid isn't locked down at any point during the baking process.
The bread machine is still my favorite, but the Zo Mini is the only one that stays on my counter permanently.
It can make Jam, only needs 1 cup at a time and bakes a pound of bread for about 3 days.
Common Questions
I have a problem slicing bread, anyone have a solution?
It makes all the difference, buy a great bread knife.
I'd like to use this machine to rise dough, but do you think it's big enough?
I bought the book "bread machine magic" as it has all recipes for small medium or large and I use all the small recipes which include dough recipes.
Is there anyone who has had problems with over baked crust?
The Mini Zo only lasted 2 days so we baked 3 loaves yesterday. Interior of loaf was very light and fluffy, but crust extremely crispy, making it very difficult to slice.
Does this leave a hole in the bottom of the loaf or does the blade change direction to bake?
this machine bakes a small loaf of bread and if baked in the machine, it has a hole in the bottom, and is shaped similar to a chimney, I prefer to let the machine do the work.
Is the Mini manufactured in China or Japan?
They are made in China.
