    The Zap-It! Bug Zapper is an electric mosquito, fly and bug zaper Racket that is 2000 Volt and has a super- bright light to zap in the dark.


    This thing zaps everything from small bugs to larger moths and such, and eliminates the pest from your backyard dinner party, and it's definitely more effective than cheap fly swatters.


    I have a toddler and I was concerned that it could be touched, but there is a layer of webbing above each side and the zapping portion is in the center.


    I will always remember them for their offer of head and shoulder protectors, and for the fact that I have had a product that is head and shoulder protectors, above those spatulas.


    The red light that shines to show you that the metal grid is being energized every time the yellow button is pressed, and a green one lower on the handle that only shines to indicate when it is finished, are all part of the instructions that say it should be charged before use.

    The smaller ones basically disintegrate but the larger ones have their wings vaporized and they are stunned, but regardless, are not able to "bug" you anymore.

    We received a charge right out of the box, but we don't know how long it will last.

    I let mine charge for 4 hours before I started testing it, but let it charge overnight for good measure.

    I would have preferred the regular one as it has a longer handle, but it is big enough for everyday use.

    It's still working 2 years later. You need to charge it again before you can use it again.
