I decided to purchase this can crushing machine from Amazon because it was less expensive than other can crushing machines and it works great, even though it is made of plastic.
If you read the cans, bending them adds life to the product, but you will see that it doesn't stack up right.
If you want to wash the wall now and then, put it below the crushing unit, and if you want to unload an armload of empties after a party, put it high enough to put a box or tote under.
you smash each can, it drops down the hole in the back (mount this over a garbage can or big open box) and the next can drops into place to be smashed, making the smash with very little effort.
Common Questions
Will it be able to crush 16 oz cans as well as 12 oz?
Cans will be crushed but you have to feed them one at a time because the Hopper will only hold 12 oz. cans.
Does it need to be mounted?
It was much easier to use when we mounted ours on the wall.
